Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the DMP Creative website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

DMP Creative provides professional event services, including but not limited to:

  • Event Master of Ceremonies (MC) services
  • Event facilitation and workshop leadership
  • Event design and experience creation
  • Keynote speaking and presentations

Specific terms for each service engagement will be outlined in separate service agreements.

Booking and Cancellation

Booking Process

Service bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed service agreement and any required deposits. Dates are not guaranteed until formal confirmation is provided.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event may receive a partial refund
  • Cancellations made 30-90 days before the event may forfeit deposits
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may forfeit all payments

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the SPARK methodology, is the property of DMP Creative and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete event information
  • Make timely payments as specified in service agreements
  • Ensure appropriate event logistics and technical requirements
  • Communicate changes or concerns promptly
  • Treat our team with respect and professionalism

Limitation of Liability

DMP Creative will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Issues arising from venue problems, technical failures, or force majeure events
  • Third-party actions or services beyond our control
  • Damages exceeding the amount paid for services

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or travel disruptions. Alternative arrangements or rescheduling will be discussed in good faith.

Photography and Media

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DMP Creative reserves the right to use photographs, videos, and testimonials from events for marketing and promotional purposes. Clients will be notified and given the opportunity to review materials before publication.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidential nature of client information and events. Sensitive information will be handled with discretion and not shared without permission, except as required by law.

Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Scrape, copy, or harvest content without permission
  • Impersonate DMP Creative or any affiliated parties

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
